In 2018, Birmingham-Southern-College marked its centennial anniversary, and as part of the homecoming celebrations, numerous alumni events were organized. To honor the college's rich 100-year history, I delved into the archives and meticulously combed through old BSC yearbooks, spanning back to the institution's early years. These vintage photographs from the yearbooks served as a meaningful texture and backdrop, adding depth and nostalgia to the homecoming festivities. By incorporating an antique gold color palette, I illustrated the college's golden past, creating a visual narrative to resonate with both alumni and current students. This approach not only celebrated the college's remarkable journey but also provided a diverse range of imagery that engaged with different audiences during the homecoming celebrations.
